It is designed to enjoy an undisturbed and private workout at any time of your choosing. We offer a variety of Boxes ranging from traditional gym equipment to virtual spin classes!
The FitnessBox is focused on one thing. Giving you the tools to build a better, healthier & happier you. We don’t focus on selling you fake fitness gimmicks nor try to distract you while inside the gym. We provide the space, tools, and knowledge to allow you to challenge yourself to meet (and eventually exceed) your fitness goals.

We have a wide variety of FitnessBox set up in Canada, ranging from traditional gym equipment to a setup for virtual spin classes!
First, head over to the www.fitnessbox.ca
Once you’ve registered for an account and you’ll be able to see the various pods available in your country. Use the “Book Now” button to access the calendar and book your desired time slots.
At the time of your booking, simply head to the respective Box, and use the “Open Door” button on the Homepage of your account to enter the Box!
Please note that FitnessBox only accepts fully vaccinated individuals. Make sure that you and your guests have all registered and verified your vaccination records in your account before the session starts.
You only need to submit your vaccination records once before your initial session. Once our team has verified your records, you can book freely without any further submissions. Please ensure that your guests have also created an account and submitted their vaccination records.
You will not be able to cancel your bookings but you can easily reschedule it (minimum 2 hours before your session starts) to a later date via our website.
Please kindly note that bookings can be rescheduled a maximum of 10 times.
Rescheduling can be done from the Homepage of your account. Click the ‘Reschedule’ button and choose the date and time you wish to change to. You can also access your bookings from your ‘Profile’ tab followed by ‘Booking History’. Click on the booking you wish to reschedule and repeat the steps above.
Rescheduling is limited to 2 hours before the start of your session. For monthly subscribers, you can reschedule up to 1 hour before the start of your session.
Please kindly note that bookings can be rescheduled a maximum of 10 times.
Yes! When you are completing your booking confirmation, simply toggle the +/- icons to indicate whether or not this session is for 1 pax (just yourself) or 2 pax (bringing a workout buddy along)!
Please note that we take this matter very seriously in the interest of fairness to all users. Our boxes are monitored via CCTV and offenders will be warned or banned from using our Boxes.
Yes! If you are bringing a guest to your session, please kindly use the Share function on the home screen to invite them via email. If they have not done so already, they will be required to register an account and upload their vaccination records.
Please use the ‘Report & Feedback’ function on your account home page to inform us about it and we will attend to it as soon as possible.
If you can, please take a photo of it and send it via the ‘Report & Feedback’ function.
If the previous user hasn’t exited the Box after your session has started, kindly knock on the door or open the door via the web and request for them to leave immediately.
If the user refuses to leave, please use the ‘Report & Feedback’ function on the home page to inform us. Using our database, we will be able to track which user was hogging the box from you.
If found at fault, we will take the necessary action to either warn or ban the user from The FitnessBox.
Absolutely! We are working with the authorities now to place more Gym boxes at convenient locations. Drop us an email of your suggested location and we will try our best to drop a FitnessBox there!
